As a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Yaskawa, I designed high throughput, automated blood test tube sorting machines and conveyor systems during the COVID pandemic. These systems coordinated several automation technologies including servos, pneumatics, etherCAT networks, computer vision, and robotic arm devices. I led factory acceptance testing of these systems before systems were delivered to clients.
